May 26: 2018: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What is deconstructed screen printing? The only thing it has in common with “real” screen printing is the use of a silk screen to create texture on fabric. Using fibre reactive dyes you will create your own textured screen and to release/print the dye pattern onto cotton fabric. Each print is unique and you can only make 4 - 6 imprints each time. This simple but mesmerizing technique allows you to create your own exclusive marks on fabric.

- Workshop includes Procion fibre reactive dyes, auxiliaries and one silk screen.
